If the garment you have purchased has a defect, you can return the products free of charge, we will check the quality issue, and if we verify and approve it, a replacement or a return will be processed with an automatic refund of both the product and the shipping costs you incurred, both for sending and return the product. We will cover the transport costs if you choose to use our courier DHL.

You will be required to notify us of any defects in the garment via e-mail to or send a communication to the following address: Maurizio Baldassari, Via Solferino 14, 20121 Milan.

If we verify and approve the defect, we will proceed with a replacement or refund as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days of notification of the defect or non-conformity.
The refund will be made via the credit card used to make the payment or by bank transfer.
In the case of a credit card, refund times may be longer due to credit card, PayPal and your bank times.

We only accept exchanges for items that have a qualitative defect. We currently do not accept size/model exchanges. If you wish to have the same garment (s) in a different color or size, you will need to place a new order.

In compliance with article 54 of the Consumer Code, you can exercise the right of withdrawal for all items purchased without any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, obtaining a refund within 30 days.

The direct costs of returning the Products are at your expense, as well as the responsibility for their transportation

1. Once the package is returned to our warehouse, we will refund the equivalent of its cost by crediting the card used to purchase the products.
2. We will refund the amount actually spent when purchasing the product. This also applies for items on sale.
3. All items returned will be inspected. If we find them unsellable, they will be returned to you.
4. The garments are your responsibility from the moment they are delivered to you until they return to our warehouse.
5. Please make sure the package is properly sealed and therefore not damaged during delivery back to the warehouse. It is your responsibility to return the content of the package in the same condition in which it was delivered.
6. The items must be returned to the warehouse in the same package and with the tag still attached.
7. We recommend that you keep proof of return shipping. In fact, if the package is lost and you do not have any shipping receipt, we will not be able to refund you.
8. For returns of garments that do not have quality defects, we will refund the cost of the product and the shipping cost for sending it but not the return shipping cost.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail once the refund has been authorized.
It may take up to 30 days for your refund to be received. Please note: timing depends on credit cards, PayPal and your bank.
