The cost of shipping for the return is in charge of the company that will provide the customer with the waybill of the carrier. If the defect is not confirmed or accepted during the quality control phase of the item, it will be charged to the customer.
As soon as the return arrives at our headquarters, the product will be examined and if considered intact, the refund will be issued within a few days.
