SHIPPING CONDITIONS POLICY

The delivery of products purchased on MB takes place on average within 5 working days from the order in Italy and the EU and within 10 working days for all other destinations.

For deliveries, we have chosen DHL as a partner to manage shipments to customers and returns.

You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail once our DHL courier has picked up the package.

You will receive notifications regarding the tracking of your shipment and the delivery of the package.

You can monitor and customize the delivery of your online purchase at any time with the DHL ON DEMAND DELIVERY APP.

Via PC or smartphone, you can access On Demand Delivery and customize the receipt of your purchase.

The cost of the product is net of any customs duties.

Delivery times may be delayed in the case of holidays; carriers do not deliver on 25/12, 26/12, 01/01 and on weekends.

For orders placed by credit card, a working day must be added to the normal shipping times for normal administrative checks.

Deliveries are insured: in the case of damaged or lost packages and garments, you will receive a refund of the garment and shipping costs and we will be compensated by insurance.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.

If we are unable to deliver the package to you, we will deliver it the next day or let you know how we will deliver it to you or you can collect it.

If the packaging or wrapping of the products you have ordered should arrive at destination clearly damaged, kindly refuse delivery by the carrier/forwarder or accept delivery “with reserve”.
